Cant import After Effects file to Media Encoder

I cant import an After Effects file to Media Encoder. If I try to import it through After Effects, it opens Media Encoder and nothing else happening. If I import the file manually, it says: project could not be opened

 

I have Media Encoder 14.2.0.45 and After Effects 17.0.6.35

Sorry for your issue.

Is it happening with all the projects? Have you tried disabling the firewall and antivirus? Also, are you using any third-party plug-in in the After Effects project?
