cant view composition but can still listen to the audio

I got an issue with my After Effects app
So i just got the app on my pc and when i tried to view a video from the main area on the app it is stuck on the first frame(audio works fine tho) and the video wont play even the audio is playing
(sry i dont have a video because idk why obs cant record the entire thing)
So I use windows 10 and its AE 2023
How i got the bug/error:
So how i get the thing is when i open AE like normal then i put in the video and audio clip
when i press spacebar, the composition is stuck on the frame its first played while the audio is still playing(normally it shoud play both at the same time)

Look at the panel called Preview. There is an eyeball there - make sure it's enabled.
