Hello,

I would like to change the shapes of CC Pixel Polly to be circles. Is there any way to do so without downloading third-party plugins?

Thanks!

Long and short: No. The only way to achieve something similar without spending cash would be to use a custom gradient map in the Shatter effect, but that's it's own little tricky exercise. there may also be other ways by simply combining different effects like CC Ball Action or Particle Playground with "invisible transitions" to create the illusion, though lining up things would still be tricky. So it depends on whether you have the time to fiddle with this or need a quick, pain free solution in which case just buyin a plug-in would be easier.

Hello and thanks for your answer.

What is the difference between "Square" and "Textured Square" in the effect panel?

I can't see much difference between the two and also can't seem to find the option where I can change the texture of the square. Any help appreciated, thanks!

It's a misnomer. It merely toggles the shading. You cannot actually apply a custom texture.
