Center Anchor point of a layer to centre of composition

I want to center the Center Anchor point of a layer to the center of composition using extend script method. I sometimes scale a layer and manually move it around in the comp and I want to scale the layer from the center of the composition.

    I'm not clear why you would want to make it this complicated. You can easily move the anchor point around with the pan behind tool to compensate.

    Thanks for the reply. Like I said I want the extendscript code to do so as it's a part of a bigger script/process
