CEP not loading.

When I open up After Effects, it keeps having a pop-up that says "The Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded. You may have to re-install." No un-installing and re-installing could fix the problem. I am on a Macbook. What could I do to fix it?

Hi, I'm Sebastien from the After Effects Team,

It looks like the CEP plugin was not properly installed. Could you try to uninstall AE, go to your application folder and manually delete the remaining "Adobe After Effects 20xx" (where xx is your current installed version) folder, and then reinstall After Effects?
