changing the distance between keyframes on all layers

hey guys, I used to know how to do this, but I forgot and now I can't find the answer. so I have a comp made, but it is too slow.  I need to move all the keyframes closer together to speed up the animations.

    Select the keys, hold down Alt while moving them around to scale their spacing.
