Cinema 4D Exporter does not work

Hello together,

 

i have currently the issue, that the Cinema 4D Exporter in After Effects is not working for me. I just tracked my Footage and created a Camera and a Solid. This i wanted to Export via the Cinema 4D Exporter, but when i clicked on it, nothing happens. I tried in Native Apple Silicon Mode, aswell as with Rosetta.

 

I attached a Screenrecording, of the issue.

 

I'm running AE 22.4 on M1 Macbook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.4)

What happens if you just select the Car comp in the Project Panel and then use the File/Export menu to export the comp. I've never selected layers in a timeline to export C4D and both the Beta and the current release work for me.

Try to remove AE preferences. Close AE. Hold COMMAND+OPTION+SHIFT inmediately after launching the program. You will be prompted to delete the preferences file. Then try again.

That did not help, still when i click "Cinema 4D Exporter" nothing happens.

This doesn't work aswell, but this time i get the following Error Message:

I have Cinema 4D S26 installed on my System.


Try to create a new Cinema 4D file from Cinema 4D S26. Save it, and import it into After Effects and add it into a composition. You will have a Cineware effect applied to the layer. Go to Effect Controls panel and click in the OPTIONS button. You should be able to select the Cinema 4D App you want to use. Restart After Effects and try again
