Cinema 4D: Rendering failed

New Here ,
Dec 27, 2021 Dec 27, 2021

I was using a template from MotionArray:

https://motionarray.com/after-effects-templates/chinese-new-year-logo-reveal-1087205/

and it seems to give me the error "Cinema 4D: Rendering failed" can anyone explain what that means?

There are probably 3D objects in the template, you may need to get Cinema 4D to use it 😕

I'm pretty sure I do have Cinema 4d. At least, it's available to create and apply as effects.

Have you bought C4D? If not, I think Adobe or another software installs Cinema 4D 25 without licensing it, therefore it may not work. That might be what you are seeing on your PC. I'm not positive, but if the template needs Cinema 4D for use, you might need to buy it.

Yes, you might not want to do that though. The software costs $720/y. Just for one template it's not worth it at all LOL

Check out what Nishu said, might help you.
