Cinema 4d warning after updating to 23.4

Hi,

 

I'm getting a warning when I open any project after updating to version 34.4 (Build 53).

 

"After Effects warning: Cinema 4D 2023 must be installed in order to use Cinema 4D renderer.

To install from Creative Cloud app, go to After effects, choose the "..." button next to "Open" and select "Add-ons".

 

The thing is, when I go to Creative Cloud app it shows Cinema 4D as installed.

 

Any ideas?

    Hey Diegog,

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you install a more recent version of Cinema 4D and check if that helps? We recommend installing it through the Add-on menu in the Creative Cloud App.

    Hey,

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you check which version of Cinema 4D you have installed? You can check that on the Cinema 4d splash screen or by launching Cinema 4D and going to Help > About. If possible, please reinstall Cinema 4D to check if that helps.
