Color doesn't change
Stroke property was added to Shape Layer 2 & in an animation at the end, red stroke color was expected. But it doesn't come. How to fix it?

Select the shape layer, press the 'u' key twice to reveal all modified properties, then move the Stroke you have animated below a shape. You have Stroke applied right under Contents, so there is no geometry for the stroke to work on.
