Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded. I AM NOT ADMIN!

I keep getting this message no matter how many times I reinstall or try something else.

I have a corporate account with a corporate pc, so I cannot solve the problem by running the program as an administrator, because I am not and cannot be an adminsitrator.

How could I solve the problem?

All other program works perfectly.
