Comp in after effects is disappeared

When I open after effects and make a composition

It shows the black composition

But as soon as I click on shape and wanna make a shape or even type a text the black composition disappears and becomes like a mask 

Even tho the shape has no fill color in  preview and just shows lines

What's the problem ?

Also it's not in wireframe mode as u would think

Delete after effects completely

Even leftovers and all

Then install again

Whatever it is...it will get ok afterward

Same issues here when doing ANYTHING on this new version. 

I have to close the project and restart it, but I only get a preview of the current frame. Playback functions do not work anymore as well. Im debating if this version is a bad version...  Had no issues before the update...
