Composition looping glitch 2

Ok, I am posting again about my problem that I can make it more clearly stated. I made a simple example and down below is the video of the problem.

I have my main composition "loop" where I want seemlesly looping of my pre-comp that constitues layers of shapes.

Each shape has to show for 3 frames so all together 9 frames long loop. I trim my pre-comp "shapes" to 9 frames, go to my main composition "loop", I enable time remaping, add aditional keyframe before the last one and copy my first keyframe over the last one. Then I make expression "loopOut()" but then I get the problem that at the  keyframe which  I additionally created (one before the last) I get all three shapes at the same time.  I've checked support pages and tried everything fom improvising with keyframes to updating AE. I've tried to do in different projects but the glitch remains.

Here is my video of the process and the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WdNI_fUPm8

Any solution maybe?

You could also try turning on 'preserve frame rate when nested' in the shapes precomp. Not sure if it was directly related but this appeared to be another way to work around this AE bug.

When I just tried this it actually made the frame at 00:08 go blank, but then I did a File > Purge > Image Cache and it came back. So there does seem to be something buggy here but perhaps a purge will help.

Hmm, interesting. After I purge it works OK. But later it starts all over agagin so I actually have to purge every time just before I make a loop. So probably really a bug. Thanks for help!
