Composition panel is keep freezing after few min.

 Hi my composition panel is keep freezing . ( version 22.1.1 build 74) I'll open the project and it will play back fine, then after some time the compositon panal will randomly freeze and leave me with a still. I can scrub through the timeline but nothing will move in the composition panel.even if i try zoom in and out nothing happens.( attaching a reff video )

 

Even if i try to downgrade to 2018 iam having an another another problem of the composition pannel will be completely black and i can not work on it .. i tried the solution from adobe support community nothing works 

 

plssssss help meee my deadines are veryclose 😞

Sorry for your issue.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Please try updating your Intel GPU driver if you have one from Intel's website. After installing, verify that the latest version is installed. Here's how: https://support.viewsonic.com/en/support/solutions/articles/33000221571-how-to-check-graphics-card-drivers-in-windows-

Hi Nishu and Mylenium,

I do have the updated drive but still having the same problem pls let me know is there anything else iam mising it out

Hi Varun,

 

Thanks for the screenshot. I have the same GPU on my laptop (check out the screenshot) and looks like your GPU driver needs an update.

The same boring standard answer applies: Check your hardware acceleration settings, update your system's graphics driver and check its configuration, too.
