Correct composition settings to get H.264?

Hi! I have created a 1090 x 1820 video in AE; I am trying to render it however I need it in H.264 but it's not showing up in format options. Does anyone know what composition settings I should have used in order to be able to export with H.264? Thanks!

You'll need to export using Adobe Media Encoder to create H.264. You'll see options to do this everywhere you see the native export options.
