Crash Report after launcing After Effects

I need help.

I have downloaded AE from official site, but when I start to launch it doesn't work and there is a message about the Crash Report.

    can you post your crash report to see if we can know the problem? also let us know what is your OS and PC Spec

    anyway try to update your graphic card and check if this can help

    install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

    I installed Creative Cloud, but, unfortunately, it does't help. There is still the Crash Report.

    did you use the desktop app to install ae originally?
