Crop Edge effect not working

Question

Hey, I’m having an issue in After Effects.

I’m trying to use the Crop Edge effect from Effects & Presets, but it’s not working properly. It seems to be locked at 5%and I can’t crop any further.

Do you know how to fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in. The property you're trying to edit is linked to a different property via expressions (as indicated by its red color). If you want to crop something, you can use the mask.
