Hello, I would like to know how to create this type of compositions (image). I see that they work differently, they are linked because when I change something in one of them it changes in the rest.

Impossible to know anything without any insights into the actual structure of the pre-/ sub-compositions.

I am not trying to be rude but the only information we have from this screenshot is that there are three compositions that have been named intro 2, intro 3, and intro 4. It looks like you are showing us part of the timeline.
I would guess that if you look in your Project Panel you will not find compositions with the same names and I would also guess that if you change the timeline column from Layer Name to source name that they have the same name so they are the same comp. This happens when a novice user duplicates a nested comp in the timeline instead of duplicating a comp in the Project Panel. There is nothing wrong with After Effects. The only problem is user error.
I suggest that when you need help you provide uncropped screenshots of the entire UI and provide a complete description of your workflow and problem.

I am sorry if I have not been clear. The capture is from the project panel, in any case I will try to send a more complete capture.
In any case, thank you very much.

One of the most useful screenshots for this kind of project would be a Flowchart.
Compositions in the Project panel are unique and any change in one of those compositions is not going to show up in any other composition unless that composition is nested in another comp. Here's what I mean. Carefully study this screenshot:
Comp 4 is open. In the Project Panel, you can see that I have 4 comps, a movie file, and a layered PSD. Look at the flow chart. Inside Comp 4 I have nested comp 1 and comp 2. Any changes made to Comp 1 or Comp 2 will show up in Comp 4, but none of the changes that I make to Comp 3 will show up in Comp 4 because Comp 3 is not in comp 4.
If comp 3 and comp 2 are duplicates there is no way for changes in Comp 2 to happen in Comp 3. The only way that would happen would be if Comp 3 and Comp 2 were not identical but Comp 2 was included in Comp 3.
Duplicating a nested comp in the timeline does not create a duplicate copy of the comp in the Project Panel, You can add effects to the nested comp or a Pre-comp without changing the other copy, but you cannot make individual changes in the comps unless you duplicate the comp in the Project Panel and replace the duplicate in the timeline with the new unique comp.
