Hi,

I am using an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012) with NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512 MB.

After I updated my mac OS to Catalina and updated AE to v17.0, I am getting this message 'Display Acceleration Disabled' on the top right cornerin the After Effects, also not able to view the preview properly.

Need help to solve this.

Thanks,

It is rare that before update you have it enabled because it needs a minimum of 1GB of VRAM to use this technology. In any case, go to menu File / Project Settings / Video Rendering in Effects and check if you can change the GPU acceleration in the "Use:" section.
