Does anyone get "The Hand of Death" in AE?

There is no rhyme or reason to it but every now and again I will be doing some editing and the "Hand Cursor" appears and I can no longer do anything! Super frustrating. I think it's the same as the "Spacebar Hand" exept it doesn't actually do anything at all, can't click, can't grab, nothing.

All I can do is reset the software 😕😕
