Hi , Thank you for your response ,

Really do all these steps for the problem situation for every video I have?

Or is Adobe to support the new system as it was in the old version?

Then why don't you install an earlier version of Creative Cloud that DOES support older Quicktime codecs?

You can use that version's Adobe Media Encoder to do batch transcodes.

The file you shared is Jpeg2000:

Don't blame Adobe entirely for dropping JPEG 2000 support in the latest builds of AE. Even if you own a Mac and the OS is current, when you open a JPEG 2000 movie the QT player will convert it before it will play it back. The format was not widely supported, the license for it is proprietary so if you want to encode it or even play it back somebody's got to pay, and frankly, there are currently better formats.

The Adobe Media Encoder will easily and quickly transcode JPEG 2000 files to a better format, as will the QT player on a Mac. Dropping support for this format is not entirely Adobe's fault. It was a carefully considered decision that Apple made first, then Adobe and several others have made. Change is inevitable. You just have to pay attention to what is going on and make adjustments.

What format is the MOV file? It could be any of a couple hundred codecs. Open the QT player, verify that the movie will play, then get the info about the movie and let us know. The formats that AE can use change a bit with each new version so it is also important that we know what version of AE you are using and what OS you are running.

Looks like you're on a Windows Machine.  You're aware that is highly recommended you uninstall the Quicktime player from your Windows machine as it's no longer supported and there are known exploits, right?

You can install the codecs without installing the player by uninstalling then reinstalling and choosing not to install the player, only the codecs.
