Dynamic link between After Effects and Premiere Pro creating glitch

Why, when I replace my clips with After Effects, it shows up like two clips or one clip and a mirror of this clip, and why is it always cutting the first 2 seconds from any clip?

I'm having the exact same issue, but I don't expect any real solution. Come on it's Adobe, if you know, you know.

Both are 23.6, how a " screenshot " can help ?
