Question

DynamicLink Media Server is not available.

Hi,

I'm trying to create a gif by exporting from Ae to Ps but since updating to Ps cc 2018 I get "DynamicLink Media Server is not available."

    What solved this issue for me (on Windows) was to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2012 Update 4. Specifically, two DLLs were missing from my system and restored with that installer:

    MSVCP110.dll
    MSVCR110.dll
