Echec connexion 5027 :: 12 / After effects: Module Externe AEGP CINEMA 4D

Hello I have an emergency issue here ... I'm working on an animation where a flyer opens and for that I need the effect 3D to make the page turn. But unfortunately it's not working and this message is always appearing ... can someone please help me I don't understand what's wrong and why there is a failure of connexion ?
