Start by finding the original images in the Project Panel and then select - Reveal In Composition by right-clicking or using the File menu.

When you find the comp with the original images, you can Alt + drag your replacement images to the timeline with the original image selected to replace it. If the images are different sizes, you will have to adjust the scale or resize your replacement images to match the ones that come with the templates.

If you have no luck with that workflow, try opening the main composition Flow Chart, expand it, and start looking for images. You should be able to find their original location and then just replace them.

Thanks it worked but now Everytime I replaced the image with my own, the image turns to different colors like a no signal  color theme

I would have to see the timeline that shows the problem to have any clue about the color settings that are getting fouled up. You need to make sure all replacement images are RGB. Selecting a problem layer and pressing the 'u' key twice will show you every modified property on that layer. That is how you would find any color effects that have been applied.

You can also see a complete list of applied effects to layers in the Composition Flowchart.

Without a link to whatever template you downloaded nobody can answer. As a start refer to the instructions on the page and/ or the documentation/ instructions that come with it.
