Editing anything only updates in wireframe but not in real time. HELP! :<

I have searched the internet for hours now. I'm highly frustrated and need help.

I have a project for a lyric video and somehow must've accidentially pressed some sort of shortcut, that disabled live previews while editing anything

(In this case Text and 3d Camera previews)

It only shows in Wireframe, until i release the button.

I have live update enabled and my real time timeline scrubbing works perfectly.

However I find it very hard to adjust sizes and camera positions when I can't see what it's going to look like and searching on google, the forums or even youtube only grants me knowledge about the timeline live update.
