Editing two rotoscopes separately??

Hello,

I have two rotoscopes on the same layer, and I want to make both of them different colors but when I change one of their colors, it makes the other one the same color. I know I should make one of them into a new layer, but I'm not sure how I can do that. It is a clone edit. 

I just want to make them different colors.
