Effect missing in effect control panel

Quiver effect was pulled to BGM but it was missing in BGM effect control panel. What is the reason?

It's not an effect, just a text preset.

Where can I see that? If I want to confirm its existence or delete it how it is possible?

Hi MahaB82A,

As Mylenium said, this is not an effect and it'll not be visible in the Effect Controls panel. If you want to make any changes to the preset settings or delete it, expand the layer (refer to the screenshot) to access it.

Title says Effects & Presets I assume this is presets. How to differenciate whether it is effects or presets?

Everything under the "Animation Presets" in the Effects & Presets panel is preset. Quiver is one of them.
