Effects question: firelight on a wall

I have a flat piece of art that is being made into a panning, Ken Burns-style video.

I want the art to look as if it's being lit by firelight. Not on fire, but as if it were in a room where a fire is, so the light is dancing on the wall, like it does in this clip:

The overall effect would give the art a warm, yellow/orangish hue, and generate the random natural flickering light and shadow.

Even better if there's some kind of plug-in, etc.

I couldn't find any stock footage with this effect (was thinking one option might be to find stock and use a Layer Blending Mode to try to achieve the effect.)

    Correct answer P.M.B

Just make the layer 3d, a add a point light and put a wiggle expression on the intensity.
