Hello, and good day to all! I am trying to use the basic environments in Element 3D, and I'm not quite sure if it's my problem, or if it really is like this, but the backgrounds are kind of pixelated and blurry?

Here are the pictures:

Element 3D environment preview in E3D:

Environment preview:

Environment in composition preview:

Environment in composition preview 2 (it is on full render, as you can see):

Composition settings:

I am not quite sure if it's in my end, or I just have to play with some settings and stuff that I haven't known yet.

Thanks a lot!

By all 3D standards, a 2k image for an environment map is small and based on your screenshot you'r zoomed into a region equating around 75 deg horizontal FOV which translates to around 800 pixels of your 2k image being visible. That's never going to look good in an HD comp. Any such imagery always will need to be at least twice the resolution of the comp, in your case 4k or 5k. So unless you can find better quality images, likely by ponying up some cash for actual hi-res versions of those images you already have downloaded from somewhere for free no doubt, this won't change.

Ohhh, so basically it's just that the pictures are all in small size, am I right? And I have to get higher resolution pictures and play with my composition settings and such. Thanks a lot, this made me learn!
