element 3d plugin

i recently bought element 3d from copilot and i've been using it. in the past when i would export my project, the 3d model that i created with element 3d would show up, but now when i use the media encoder to export my project, the element 3d model completely vanishes. i included a screenshot of my after effects project, the after effects project itself, and the results after i export using media encoder. i don't understand what's wrong, so please let me know and explain how i should fix this!

You simply run out of GPU resources/ have a conflict. Check the hardware acceleration settings, update your graphics driver, render an intermediate format directly from AE, not AME and encode it later.

thanks, but i also have another issue now... instead of the element 3d model not showing up, it flashes in my final product. the model runs smoothly in after effects but the exporting part is always the issue.
