If it was working fine yesterday and today it won't work at all then either you changed something about computer (AE version update, driver update, etc....) or something about the Element installation got corrupted.
If it's the first option then try rolling back whatever changes you made to your system.
If it's the second then do a full uninstall of Element..get rid of anything associated with Element including all folders & secondary folders & registry entries and then try and re-install.
If it still doesn;t work then you should probably reach out to Video CoPilot customer service and tell them that Element was working fine yesterday but today it's not.

Yeah. Unfortunately you'll probably have to wait to hear from them. To be honest: The fact that it was working when you went to sleep one day and then not working the next day when you woke up indicates that the problem is very likely on your end and has nothing to do with Video Copilot "sucking".

Yeah it can be at my end. But still haven't once have this problems with other programs or effects on updates or having to check Everytime if it works or wait for them to send a new file to put in some were at my document folder. I agree I'm a bit hard on the situation but just want it to work ![]()

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date. Element is very sensitive about that.
If that doesn't do the trick, reach out to VC support, since it's their product. I've always found them to be very responsive.
