Ellipse Tool

I'll preface this by saying that although I realize this is a common question, none of the suggestions have been working thus far. How do I get the Ellipse tool added to my keyboard? Thus far I see the rounded rectangle tool, which now has the Q shortcut. What about if I only want to select the ellipse?

Press "Q" to switch to the Shape tool, then press it again and again to cycle through the options.
