Error 205

Hi guys, I have a 205 error in the after, and I've done everything, I used the cleaner tool, I've spoken to support, but the problem still persists. I had this same problem in the beginning, but I followed a tutorial that I found here in the community, but it seems that when I solved one another one appeared. Would anyone know what I can still do? I use windows
