Instale el programa y no me deja abririlo ni tampoco usarlo, quisiera que me ayuden porfavor necesito hacer trabajos, La version que instale de after effects es

Hey Raúl,

Sorry for the crash. Is there any action in particular that's causing the crash? Could you try the most recent After Effects version (23.6) and let us know if you're still experiencing the problem? You'll have the option to keep After Effects 2022 while installing After Effects 2023.
