Dynamic link doesnt import audio to After Effects after changes in Premiere pro procect. It works when i open and close AEffects - it doesnt when I choose "refresh" option.

Each update, new problems. 😕

Hi there,

I use the lastest version of both.

Everything works when I each time use "replace" option, 

"Refresh" works partly - imports video but not audio.

No it doesnt work at all... 😞

As suggested by John, please share the following details so we can try to recreate the issue.

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  • What are the details of the footage you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Also, is the footage stored in a network location, external storage or internal storage?
  • Are you able to replicate the issue in a different project?
