error code message 0xc00d5212 when trying to open videos rendered from After Effects

Hello!

I've been trying to open a video I rendered from After effects but it says "This item was encoded in a format that's not supported 0xc00d5212". I tried to fix it from other responses from people who had the same issue but I'm still a little confused. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
