Error: Form's setting must be migrated before the effect will render.

It means what it says. If you use a template or project created with an older version of Trapcode Form and you have a newer version you have to actually open it in AE, open the effects editor at least once and re-save the project. No way around it or you'll forever be stuck with this warning and it won't render.
