Error importing 3D elements

Hello everyone. I have been trying to import this 3D object (below) on my After Effects, but the result I am getting is the picture in the second frame. Can anyone help with this or tell me why this is happening? Please, I will appreciate your swift response.

Which application are you exporting the 3D model from, and in which format? Can you share the 3D model for testing? Feel free to share via DM.

It looks like a problem with the obj that you exported from Dimensions. I imported the same obj back into Dimensions and I see the same object as in After Effects. When imported the obj from the external source, I got (screenshot). Is that missing something?
