Looks like there is an issue with Red Giant's SuperComp helper plugin.  Can you uninstall that using their application manager and see if AE opens.  If that solves the problem, you could try reinstalling the plugin, but if you get the same issue, you'll need to contact Red Giant support. They are pretty responsive and nice too.

Just delete it from /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/ and the error should go away. Likely an old version that is not compatible anymore. New versions available from Maxon One app https://www.maxon.net/en/downloads
