Error report for AfterFX when trying to open a file

Hello,

My project crashed & now when I try and re-open it, a pop-up appears saying it cannot be opened (Screenshot attached)

 

I have never had this error on any projects & now I can't even finish the project that I'm working on.

I think the project was using most of my RAM when I last looked.

Any possible solutions or thoughts why this has happened are hugely appreciated ❤️

    Impossible to know anything. You have not provided any system information or details about the project. Outside that of course standard procedures apply - revert to a backup/ saved copy of the project, try to import the project into a clean project, flush the AE cashes and check your settings.
