Hi! I'm so sorry but i'm express me better in spanish than english, so... sorry if my english isn't good.

I use the Bodymovin add-on to create animations for the web and, in the last update to CC 2020 (in Spain it was yesterday), when I exported with this add-on everything was on wheels.

Now, I have received some notifications like:

error1.jpgexpand image

error2.jpgexpand image

And two or three more of the style.

I am the PC administrator with all the privileges and all the credentials I need.

Can someone help me with this?

Well, apparently there appears to be an issue with your system user name and Unicode character conversion - for whatever reason. I would suggest to export to a location outside these folders. On a general note I would also advise to not use your desktop as a work folder. It's one of your system's most busy locations and is under tight control by various processes, has storage space limits and so on. It's simply bad practice.

Thanks for the help Mylenium, but doesn't works. I change the location to one disc only for personal data and work, and still show me these messages. So... Is something with the last update of After Effects. I installed (again) earlier version and works perfectly.

Anyway, thank you very much!
