Error while opening After Effects template

I am samad from the UAE. I purchased your Template in envato marketplace. But when i open this template in after effects its say this

 

" effect control conversion required in effect " k". Some effect Controls Will be reset. Error Code (25::0).

 

How can i fix this

Thanks for writing in.

Instead of opening the project file, try importing it into a new project. Also, you can try reaching out to the template manufacturer or Envato support for this.

I assume you're able to get beyond this error message and see the actual template? If so, does it work as intended?
