Exporting transparent lower third is not playing back

When I select quicktime and RGB+Alpha, it says that it cannot be played back once it's done exporting. But when I export it so that it isn't transparent it plays back fine. What am I doing wrong here?

Try using the High Quality with Alpha Output Module preset instead of creating your own.

If that does not fix the problem, we need the AE version, OS, and system details.

Video with Alpha Channels will not show transparency in any media player. You have to test in Premiere Pro or AE or in an editing or compositing app that supports video with Alpha. You have to turn on the transparency grid or put something below the video to see the transparency.
