Extension Effects UI not working

Hello,

 

I have a problem using my Plugin Extension called "CRT Emulator" from EZCO as well as "ROLLBACK8".

I used this Plugin 1 year ago and it worked fine. THE PROBLEM:

 

When I open the Extension there are different styles i can choose from but as soon as I choose one and try to apply a "style" the second "customization" window does not open. As well as the effect is not beeing fully applied. 

Ive tried everything I found on the internet to fix this issue. 

 

I updated the Plugin. After effects. I also tried older versions of any of these. 

 

I tried the Debug setting in the ZXP installer. I activated Scripting in AE pref.

 

Can anyone help me out... 😞

I bought the ROLLBACK8 plugin/extension today. https://fredpelle.tv/products/rollback8

 

It looks like it installed fine (on both my Macs). But when I use the plugin in After Effects, follow all instrucitons to the letter, then apply the effect - it makes no change to the movie. It creates an indentical AE comp, that's all.

 

I have tried an number of times now. Re-booted both Macs and tried again with no success.

 

I have sent an email to contact@fredpelle.tv for help. Waiting for a reply. 

 

I did notice there is an no refund policy on the website. I would advise anyone not to buy this plugin until our issues are resolved.
