Face tracking Extract Face measurements

Hello,

I am working on a face tracking project. so I replaced the face in the video with another face image and started tracking using puppet tool. everything seems  fine except that when the face behind blinks the eye, the overlayed face is not blinking. I see that  we can extract face measurements and there is an eyelid openness percentage in face measurements. How can I use this percentage data to blink the eye of an overalyed face image? Thanks in advance
