Hi,
I'm in the middle of editing a short film and there's a sequence where my actor's facial hair wasn't applied correctly making it stick out very obviously. As you can see in the pictures, the ends of the mustache don't line up with the beard underneath. It doesn't look terrible, however, the beard was placed "correctly" (i.e. the beard lining up with the mustache) in other scenes, so I'm trying to fix it.
When playing with the image in after effects, I was able to use the clone stamp tool to semi-nicely blend the edge of the mustache and trim it so it lines up with the beard. However, I have no idea how to recreate this for every frame in the shot.
Is there an easier way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?
Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Mocha AE will be a very good helper in this situation even in complex movements. Take a look at borisfx.com website where you can find Mocha tutorials that cover some similar cases.

Also, you can attach clone stamp points to motion tracking data, but man, this is the kind of stuff I don't like doing! lol

Hey everyone,
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I played around with it and watched a TON of tutorials, but the trick in the end was using Mocha AE and then applying that data to a new layer mask of the cheek. I sometimes had to keyframe the brightness and contrast to match the skin tone, but the scene is shaping up QUITE NICELY!
Thank you all for your help!
EdP
