Fast Box Blur is missing

Hi,

I updated AE 2025 a while back, and for some reason the Fast Box Blur effect is completely missing. I still have it in AE 2024, but I need to use 2025 for work. I'm completely stumped as to what is going on here. Please let me know if you have any ideas how to fix this. Thanks
