File not opening, stuck at 97%

Hello, 

I have a question and I hope somebody can help. I'm trying to open an After Effects file of an animation I've made in 2023. When I open it, the loading bar gets stuck at 97% and also the program doesn't respond so I have to force quit it.

I already tried to empty the cache, download an older version and open the file in it, restarted my macbook, but nothing seems to work.

Is there anything else I can try? Hope there is a solution for it.

Are there any error messages? Try importing the file into a new project file. It has worked in some cases.
