Fosco de Luma

Boa noite.

Estou criando um projeto e tenho que habilitar a opção FOSCO DE LUMA, porém, quando tento ativa-lo ele não esta aparecendo no campo fosco de controle onde deveria encontrar, alguém sabe como faço para encontra-lo e ativar essa opção?
